Open Access
The Office for Open Research provides expert support, funding and infrastructure to enable researchers to publish their work Open Access, to maximise its reach and comply with national, institutional, and funder policies.
We provide the following Open Access support and services:
- Request funding for publishing in a fully Open Access journal:
- request funding via the Open Access Gateway if your work acknowledges funding from UKRI, The Wellcome Trust, CRUK or BHF;
- request funding via the Open Access enquiry form if your work does not acknowledge funding from these organisations.
- Publish your work via one of the University’s publisher Open Access agreements established by the Library.
- Deposit your work to Pure via the Open Access Gateway.
- Explore options for publishing long-form outputs Open Access.
